13 Days Serengeti Migration In Tanzania and Kenya

Our driver will pick you up from Nairobi airport at your arrival time and transfer your Hotel In Nairobi for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy this attraction in Nairobi at your own timing. You can arrange with the driver the pick-up time from your hotel.

Visit Giraffe centre I the morning and the elephant orphanage in the afternoon. In the evening we will drop you at Carnivore restaurant for your dinner. (Please notice that the price of these activities not included in the invoice)

After your breakfast you will be picked up by your driver (8 am), at the agreed time, to start your journey to Amboseli. Approximately 2.5 hours drive

In the evening we will check in at your lodge, beautifully located inside Amboseli

Today will be an early morning, 5-6 am. After your breakfast, start the drive towards Tanzania. Arrive to the border in the morning for your Tanzanian visa application at the Namanga Border.

The process will take approximately 30 min, then you will meet on the other side our Tanzania guide and driver, who will be waiting for you at your arrival time.

Start your drive to Tarangire NP, across the beautiful landscapes of Tanzania. Expected arrival time after lunch. Spend the afternoon inside Tarangire NP, Enjoy the sight of millenary baobabs trees and all the animals of the African savannah. Game drive by Tarangire River, where herds of up to 300 elephants scratch the dry river bed for underground streams.

Check-in at your lodge inside the park in the Evening.

Early morning safari inside Tarangire NP and depart to Ngorongoro Crater for your game drives.

The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s largest volcanic caldera at 8300 sq km and is arguably the most stunning arena. It is frequently described as one of the wonders of the world, not only because of its geological magnificence but also because it serves as an extraordinary natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s largest populations of large mammals. Ngorongoro and other freestanding mountains are volcanic in origin, formed during the fracturing process that created the Rift valley 15 to 20 million years ago. When it peaked in size 3 million years ago it was a similar height to Mt. Kilimanjaro today.

In the afternoon/evening we will ascend to the rim of the crater to check in at your tented camp.

Today we will drive to Serengeti NP with safari en route across Ngorongoro conservation area ( approx. 2-3 hour drive) for an afternoon safari in Serengeti. Beautiful landscapes and views of Ngorongoro. Sightings of animals like giraffe, buffalo, zebra and wildebeest are very common.

We will stop for a visit at the Masai village of the tribe resident inside the conservation area where you will be able to interact and share with them.

We will continue the trip to Naabi gate, the gates of Serengeti. Picnic lunch while your driver gets your permits to enter the park.

Enjoy the afternoon in Serengeti plains with a safari en route to your tented camp, located on a hill in the Seronera area.

Enjoy the morning in central Serengeti. This area is one of the richest in wildlife all year around. The Big five of the African savannah can be seen here.

We will stop for a picnic lunch and after we will start the journey towards the northern part of Serengeti, also called Kogatende, in the Wagakuria area. Approximately 4-5 hour drive across the central Serengeti, with sights of all the animals of the African savannah, towns and small villages.

Optional stops to buy drinks and visit small villages on our way to North.

Arrival in the evening to your tented camp.

Enjoy the full day with game drive looking and waiting for the great migration to cross river Mara.

In Mara river, the resident wildlife numbers are exceptionally high, with prides of lion up to 30 strong,

The key feature is the Mara River and it is not uncommon to see the herds cross the Mara River north on one day and then back south a few days later. Please take note – to actually finding a crossing is sometimes a matter of luck. A herd can be seen next to river and only decide to cross or not cross until a couple of days later. This area is a stunning region with kopjes, woodland, riverine vegetation and open plains, similar to Kenya’s Masai Mara Game

Early morning for your Transfer to Isebanya border. Pass through the immigration process and meet your driver waiting for you on the other side.

Transfer to Masai Mara and check-in at your lodge in the evening.

Enjoy the full day in Masai Mara plains searching for wildebeest herds, and the river crossing migration.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Lake Nakuru. Safari en route and picnic lunch inside the park.

Enjoy the morning in Nakuru and after picnic lunch you will be transferred to Nairobi International airport for your departure flight.
